The plan is based around the north facing pool as the central feature with a wet edge that doubles as a water feature viewed from the entire ground floor. The upper floor and roof is designed to maximise northern light into the house and minimise overshadowing to the pool.
Metal screens also control light and privacy at the front of the house. Limestone flooring and polyurethane joinery creates a clean look to act as backdrop to the timber furniture and ornaments collected by the clients.
